Everydays – Live
As part of his ‘Everydays’ series, beeple creates art every day, a project he started more than 5000 days ago.
Join us for a very special session at FITC Toronto 2022 with beeple, where he will create art for his ‘Everydays’ series live with the assistance of the FITC Toronto 2022 audience!
The NFT associated with ‘Everydays: the First 5000 Days’, a collage of images from his ‘Everydays’ series, sold for $69,400,000 on March 12, 2021, making it second on the list of most expensive non-fungible tokens ever sold, and making beeple the third most profitable living artist in the world. It was also the first purely non-fungible token to be sold by Christie’s.
While he’s creating that day’s art during his session, beeple will be fielding questions, chatting about the NFT space, and sharing a rare glimpse into his creative process.

Space in the Mind of a Machine
Refik Anadol, Refik Anadol Studio
If machines can “learn” or “process” individual and collective memories, can they also dream or hallucinate about them?
Since 2016, Refik Anadol Studio has been conducting interdisciplinary research on the relation between the human mind, architecture, and aesthetics to speculate responses to this question. In taking the data that flows around us as his primary material and the neural network of a computerized mind as his collaborator, Anadol has been reflecting on new forms of narrating collective memory in physical and virtual spaces, including the blockchain. In this talk, he’ll share his studio’s site-specific parametric data sculptures, live audio/visual performances, immersive installations, and NFTs, which collectively offer a dramatic rethinking of our environments.
To increase understanding about how art, architecture, scientific research, and technology can complement each other in contemporary art.
Five Things Audience Members Will Learn
Anadol’s lecture is designed to invite the audience to an interdisciplinary journey about
1. The merging between art and science
2. Post-digital architecture
3. The most innovative technologies available to digital artists
